"We make every effort to be close to our customers under all conditions. Our strategic goal is to respond to their needs with the highest standard of logistics, quickly and flexibly, regardless of the changing conditions in global supply chains. This approach is very close to the one presented by SEGRO – the company offered us its full support when, just half a year after signing the agreement, we had the need to increase the space we occupy in Stryków again" – says
Marcin Stańczak, Warehouse Product Business Manager at ESA logistika."It is very good news that our long-term client ESA logistika, just a few months after extending the previous agreement and expanding, has decided to increase its space in Stryków again. SEGRO's strong ownership structure allows for the flexible development of clients in our locations, and the park in Stryków is the best example of a scenario where tenants have been growing with us for over a dozen years" – says
Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director at SEGRO –
"We are pleased that companies recognize the advantages of the park in Stryków – its convenient location and modern technological solutions improving its functionality, but also its ecological values."SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków currently covers over 300,000 m² and is the company's largest warehouse park in Central Europe, which can be further expanded up to 400,000 m². It was created with large and medium-sized enterprises in mind. It is distinguished by its excellent location - it lies in the very center of Poland, at the intersection of north-south and east-west routes. It is located approx. 8 km from Łódź and directly by the A2 motorway (Berlin–Moscow), as well as close to the junction connecting the A2 motorway with the A1, as well as the DK14 connecting Łódź with Warsaw.
