ESA logistika grows again at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków
ESA logistika, one of the leaders in the logistics industry in the Central European region, is expanding its leased space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków for the second time in recent months. Under the new agreement, the space occupied by the company will increase by 2,900 sqm, thus reaching a total of 10,400 sqm.
ESA logistika is one of the logistics leaders in the CEE region. The company operates, among others, in the areas of distribution logistics, warehousing, international road and intermodal transport, as well as sea and air freight forwarding. It also offers logistics outsourcing projects and a wide range of value-added services (VAS). As part of the global Hitachi Transport System Group network, it currently employs over 1,500 people."We make every effort to be close to our customers under all conditions. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków currently covers over 300,000 m² and is the company's largest warehouse park in Central Europe, which can be further expanded up to 400,000 m². It was created with large and medium-sized enterprises in mind. It is distinguished by its excellent location - it lies in the very center of Poland, at the intersection of north-south and east-west routes. It is located approx. 8 km from Łódź and directly by the A2 motorway (Berlin–Moscow), as well as close to the junction connecting the A2 motorway with the A1, as well as the DK14 connecting Łódź with Warsaw. The park is under the care of a dedicated Property Manager, and all new facilities have ecological BREEAM certification.
