Expansion at the Panattoni Wrocław South Logistics Hub park

Panattoni reaches another milestone in its flagship project, Wrocław South Logistics Hub. As a result of a new agreement, one of the existing tenants – a leading player in the e-commerce market – will increase its leased space by an additional 125,000 sqm. After the expansion, it will have 180,000 sqm at its disposal, which accounts for over 70 percent of the park's target area.

Under the agreement, the tenant has leased hall B in the Wrocław South Logistics Hub park with an area of approximately 91,000 sqm, and in November it will also occupy hall C with an area of 34,000 sqm. Thus, it will increase its presence in the Wrocław investment from 55,000 sqm to nearly 180,000 sqm. The new halls will be equipped with advanced automation systems that will facilitate warehouse processes for e-commerce needs. They will also undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level.

- „The expansion of our tenant at Wrocław South Logistics Hub is proof of the strong position of the Lower Silesia region as a logistics center on the map of Europe. We are proud that we can support the development of the largest global brands by providing them with space that not only meets the highest technological and ecological standards but also offers a strategic location. This contract is also confirmation for us that our investment strategy perfectly meets the needs of the largest players in this market” - says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.

Wrocław South Logistics Hub, thanks to its location and advanced infrastructure, provides tenants with optimal conditions for developing their logistics and distribution operations. The park is located in Magnice, just 15 km from the center of Wrocław, by the key S8 routes and the A4 motorway, which enables efficient distribution both within Poland and towards the western borders of Europe. Thanks to its strategic location, tenants can count on efficient delivery to the borders with the Czech Republic and Germany in less than two hours, which is an invaluable added value for companies from the e-commerce and logistics sector.

- „Cooperation with our client within the Wrocław South Logistics Hub is proof that investments in high-quality logistics spaces and flexibility in adapting them to the individual needs of tenants bring concrete, long-term benefits. It is also an important impulse for the local economy and the labor market” – adds Damian Kowalczyk.
