Grupa Antczak as general contractor for GLP Kraków Logistics Centre III

A modern logistics center with a high-bay warehouse in the A+ class will be built by Grupa Antczak as part of Kraków Logistics Centre III. The company has signed a general contracting agreement with GLP.

GLP Kraków III is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kraków Technology Park – near the A4 motorway and the newly emerging northern bypass of Kraków. The building will offer 55,000 sq m of top-quality logistics space, with the possibility of storing goods up to a clear height of 12 m. The floor load capacity will be 7.5 t per sq m, and the facility's roof will be adapted for the installation of photovoltaic systems. The project includes, among others, green areas, electric vehicle charging stations, as well as dedicated spaces for truck drivers.

"I am pleased with the continuation of our long-term cooperation with GLP. Last year alone, we handed over almost 90,000 sq m of modern warehouse space to this partner. As part of the investment we are currently starting, we will build one of the largest and most technologically advanced warehouse facilities in Małopolska, meeting rigorous environmental standards. We have agreed on a very ambitious construction schedule, in line with the requirements of the dynamically developing logistics sector." - Marcin Antczak, CEO of Grupa Antczak

The warehouse and industrial segment is one of the four key pillars of growth for Grupa Antczak in the real estate market. In 2022, the Group handed over more than 430,000 sq m of space to clients in this segment, i.e., almost twice as much as the year before. The Group carries out projects as a general contractor in cooperation with the largest domestic and international developers and operators of logistics space.
