JLI Trading Limited will move into BIK Park Wrocław

The BIK Park Wrocław logistics park has gained a new tenant. The British company operating in the e-commerce sector has leased over 6,000 sqm of space in a newly built hall near Wrocław. The investment carried out by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych will provide a total of 22,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. 

The British company JLI Trading Limited has signed an agreement with Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych for the lease of over 6,000 sqm of space in a newly emerging facility as part of BIK Park Wrocław. The prepared spaces will be intended mainly for warehouse purposes and for a modern office. The construction of the new hall is already at an advanced stage. The company JLI Trading Limited operates in the e-commerce sector. Its portfolio includes several brands such as: Bodysocks, BargainFox.com, Jobalots, JLI Fulfilment.

"We are very pleased with the conclusion of another lease agreement covering space in the newly built hall in our logistics park near Wrocław. Thus, most of the offered space has already been commercialized. We still have the last free modules left, which we can adapt to the individual needs of clients" – says Krzysztof Mucha, Business Development Manager at Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A.

The new warehouse hall will provide a total of 22,500 sqm. Half of this space was recently contracted by the logistics company Unico Logistics.  As part of the first stage of construction completed in 2020, a facility totaling 25,000 sqm was built, which is currently fully leased. Ultimately, BIK Park Wrocław will offer 47,500 sqm. The logistics center is located on a plot of 11.7 hectares. The general contractor is the company Atlas Ward.
