Kamoka auto parts brand to occupy 13,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Koluszki

Panattoni confirms the potential of the new location, which serves as an alternative to Łódź in Central Poland. Panattoni Park Koluszki, with a target area of 39,800 sqm, is already 60 percent leased. In September this year, the Kamoka brand – an international supplier of automotive parts – will occupy over 13,500 sqm.

Koluszki is once again driving international operations. The developer is expanding Panattoni Park Koluszki and confirming the potential of Central Poland – the third largest market in terms of delivered industrial space in the country – not only in the immediate vicinity of Łódź. The company has already leased over 25,000 sqm of the planned 39,800 sqm, of which 13,500 sqm will be occupied by the Kamoka brand – an international supplier of automotive parts – which will move into the park in September 2022. Kamoka auto parts provides an assortment within 91 product lines in 17 groups – which include, among others, suspension and brake components, or steering systems – adapting its offer to the specifics of given markets. The company will begin operations at Panattoni Park Koluszki in October 2022.

"Koluszki is an excellent alternative and base for Łódź. Our park benefits from both its location in an economic zone and its strategic position in Central Poland. The facility is located within less than 30 minutes of two motorways – A1 and A2 – which allows for efficient connections in every direction. This creates huge potential for domestic and international operations right from Koluszki. This is confirmed by our first clients whose reach extends beyond the borders of Poland" – says Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni and adds: "The potential of Koluszki for the automotive industry is also being confirmed once again. In 2016, we delivered a BTS facility here for a global manufacturer of components and parts for the automotive industry, now we are developing space for the Kamoka brand, and with the rapid development of the warehouse market and its heart - Central Poland – the potential will grow even further".

Panattoni Park Koluszki is a class A distribution center with a target area of 39,800 sqm. The first stage of construction (12,000 sqm) was completed in November 2021, and by the end of 2022, the developer will commission the entire building. The investment will allow for conducting warehouse processes as well as light production simultaneously and will be perfectly suited for serving both small and medium-sized as well as larger enterprises. The project will undergo environmental certification using the BREEAM method, and Panattoni will apply solutions in it related to energy efficiency and ecology, as well as user wellbeing.
