Full warehouse operations have begun at the Hillwood Łowicz Południe in Czatolin logistics center. The largest tenant of the facility is the Sklepy Komfort chain, which has occupied over 29,000 sqm of warehouse space.
The new location is intended to increase the company's operational flexibility and streamline supply chain management across Poland.
Logistics processes at the new facility started on February 23, 2026. Leasing nearly 30,000 sqm of space at the Hillwood Łowicz Południe center is an important element of the Komfort chain's development strategy.
Modern warehouse infrastructure will allow for more efficient product distribution and increase the company's operational efficiency. Along with the launch of the new warehouse, the logistics team has also been expanded – currently, over 200 people are working on operations.
One of the key advantages of the investment is its location. The logistics center is situated approximately 1 km from the A2 motorway, which ensures a fast connection to Warsaw and Berlin.
Additionally, the proximity of the A1 motorway, located about 24 km away, enables efficient distribution of goods to both the northern and southern regions of the country. Thanks to this, the location in Czatolin is an important point on Poland's logistics map.
Hillwood Łowicz Południe meets high environmental standards and holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate. This means that the facility was designed with energy efficiency, reduction of environmental impact, and user comfort in mind.
The launch of the new logistics center is of key importance for the further development of Sklepy Komfort. Thanks to the new warehouse space, the company gains greater operational scale and the ability to serve customers on the domestic market even more efficiently.
