Logistics center in Lower Silesia is filling up with tenants
Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East, a class A logistics center, is approaching full commercialization. Thanks to the active cooperation of the Hillwood and LCube leasing teams, the facility has reached an occupancy level of nearly 80 percent.The park's users now include, among others, an IT equipment distributor, a sustainable fashion company, and a supplier of solutions for the construction industry. Meanwhile, a company associated with the defense industry has decided to increase its leased space at Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East.
– Recently, we have finalized four lease transactions, which confirms the attractiveness of the facility and the effectiveness of the adopted strategy. We are consistently building the project's value by focusing on dialogue with the client, flexibility in cooperation with tenants, and a high standard of service. The result is growing trust from both local companies and international corporations – says Justyna Kononowicz, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.
The facility was built to the highest technical standard, confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
