Commercial space developer Hillwood Polska has signed a credit agreement with Bank BNP Paribas worth 26.7 million euros for the construction of a logistics park in Syców. Over the last six months, the bank has financed the development of two other Hillwood investments for a total amount of 18 million euros – in Siechnice and Rawa Mazowiecka.
"In the warehouse park in Syców, we have applied a number of solutions in line with our sustainable development policy. Just as in all our warehouses, we have installed energy-efficient LED lighting, and some of the equipment will be powered by green energy from a photovoltaic farm. In the area around the buildings, instead of classic lawns, we will sow flower meadows, which will not only delight with the colors of the flowers, but will contribute to savings and naturally create a better microclimate in the park's surroundings." – says Hubert Michalak, President of the Management Board at Hillwood Polska.
"This transaction is another example of the implementation of the BNP Paribas Group's mission – we are financing a project that will be implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and with the use of many ecological solutions" – says Marek Kowalski, Director of the Structured and Real Estate Finance Department at Bank BNP Paribas.
