Logstor has leased additional space at Diamond Business Park Gliwice
Diamond Business Park Gliwice is a logistics center that offers approximately 55,000 sqm of warehouse, office, and production space for lease. It is a production-warehouse-office complex consisting of three halls in an excellent location within the Katowice Special Economic Zone (Gliwice North subzone) in Gliwice, which is located just a 10-minute drive northwest of the city center.
The project offers excellent access to existing expressways (direct proximity with visibility from the international E-40 expressway) and motorways (approximately 7.0 km from the Kleszczów junction of the A4 motorway and the international E-40 expressway). The location of the property within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) results in favorable CIT taxation for tenants who register and conduct business within the zone.
The Danish manufacturer of pre-insulated pipes, Logstor, has leased an additional 2,000 sqm of warehouse space at Diamond Business Park Gliwice. Logstor's pre-insulated pipes are used for district heating and cooling by the petrochemical and food sectors.
The agreement with Logstor is another lease transaction at Diamond Business Park Gliwice in recent months. Other tenants of this space include Holbox, Nexteer Automotive, and Flytronic.
