mBank to finance Hillwood and LCube investment near Wrocław

Hillwood Polska has signed a credit agreement with mBank S.A. worth over 28.40 million EUR for the construction of a warehouse hall in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. The building will be part of the Hillwood Wrocław East project, implemented jointly with LCube. The project has already been approximately 38% commercialized.

Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East is a warehouse center located directly by the eastern Wrocław bypass, just 15 km from the city center. The project includes nearly 60,000 sqm of modern class A warehouse space. A convenient connection to the A4 motorway and the S8 expressway, close to Poland's south-western border, guarantees excellent access to Western European markets.

"The logistics space market in the vicinity of Wrocław has been very stable for years, which influenced the favorable financing parameters of the project and quick credit decisions. The involvement of experts from mBank was also key, thanks to whom the process went smoothly." – notes Tomasz Jaroszewski, Member of the Management Board at Hillwood Polska.

As part of Hillwood projects, various solutions consistent with the principles of sustainable development are consistently applied. The project will be certified in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM system at the Excellent level, and a photovoltaic installation will be located on its premises.
