MVGM takes over property management in two logistics parks

MVGM has won a tender to manage 44,000 sqm of space within two logistics centers, Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław and Panattoni Park Poznań X, owned by HANSAINVEST Real Assets GmbH.

In addition to fulfilling traditional roles, such as production halls or transshipment terminals, warehouses are increasingly becoming excellent spaces for research and development centers or modern business services. MVGM's cooperation with HANSAINVEST Real Assets includes, among other things, handling administrative, technical, and financial issues, as well as managing tenant relations for the two logistics centers.

Panattoni Park City Logistics II Wrocław is a modern distribution park located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, near the Wrocław motorway bypass. The building provides approx. 24,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. It has spacious maneuvering areas and convenient parking lots, and the premises can be flexibly adapted to the needs of tenants.

Panattoni Park Poznań X is a logistics park consisting of two warehouse buildings with a total area of over 19,000 sqm. It offers state-of-the-art technological solutions, ensuring the highest quality of warehouse space, functionality, and flexibility in shaping modules. The park is adapted to the diverse needs of tenants, including the storage of goods and light production. The facility has a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. It is perfectly located, close to the A2 motorway, and is one of the key locations serving as a warehouse base for the Greater Poland market.
