Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Lower Silesia. One of the sales leaders in the fashion industry has leased 40,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Głogów. The developer has already delivered 2.3 million sqm of modern industrial space in the region.
– „Lower Silesia plays a key role for logistics in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe. Parallel to the constantly expanding infrastructure around Wrocław, we are consistently developing our operations in further centers within the voivodeship. Głogów, thanks to the pro-investment attitude of local authorities and its excellent location, is becoming an attractive place for international business. I am convinced that our investment in this city will perfectly meet the needs of the new tenant – a fashion industry tycoon” – says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Głogów is an industrial park that will ultimately reach 111,000 sqm, and the completed space – 78,000 sqm – has been fully commercialized. One of the logistics operators, which conducts operations for a leading chain of pet stores, is already using space in the facility.
– „A well-organized supply chain is essential in strengthening sales and building market advantages. In response to growing market demand, we are ready for further development of this center – we plan to build a second hall with an area of 32,000 sqm.” – adds Damian Kowalczyk.
The park stands out for its strategic location – just 10 km from the S3 expressway and near the planned S12 bypass. Thanks to this, the facility is an attractive point for companies looking for effective logistics solutions, allowing for efficient deliveries in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe – the distance to both the southern and western borders of the country is about 110 km.
Panattoni Park Głogów is also an example of modern, sustainable construction – in accordance with the developer's standard, the facility has obtained BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, which means a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions, as well as lower energy and water consumption, bringing savings to tenants. In order to ensure the proper wellbeing of employees, an analysis of office spaces was carried out in terms of appropriate acoustics, thermal comfort, and access to daylight.
