New tenant at the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics center
Hillwood Polska has secured a new tenant at the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics center.
Focus Garden – a Polish e-commerce leader in the garden furniture and accessories segment – has leased 18,650 sqm of modern warehouse space in building B.

Hillwood Zgierz II is a class A logistics center consisting of two halls with a total area of nearly 77,000 sqm. The investment is being built in Dąbrówka Wielka, just 1.5 km from the A2 motorway junction and 15.5 km from the A1, which guarantees excellent connectivity. The proximity of Zgierz and Łódź provides access to a qualified workforce.
The facility offers above-standard technical specifications – increased height (12 m), increased floor load capacity (8 t/sqm), as well as numerous pro-ecological solutions. The construction is being carried out using recyclable materials, and the installation of energy-saving LED lighting, a photovoltaic farm with a capacity of up to 100 kWp, and the establishment of flower meadows are planned. The center will be certified under the BREEAM system at the „Excellent” level.
