A new warehouse and production park has officially started operations near Warsaw. CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is to support the development of companies from the logistics, e-commerce, production, and new technologies sectors, while simultaneously strengthening the position of the Warsaw agglomeration as one of the most important logistics hubs in Poland.
Nearly 70 thousand sqm of modern space
CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik will ultimately offer approximately 70 thousand sqm of modern warehouse and production space. The complex will consist of four buildings tailored to the needs of companies of various scales of operation – from local enterprises to international logistics operators.
The location in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway provides quick access to Warsaw and the main transport corridors leading to the west and east of Europe.
The first tenants have already chosen the location
Even before the official opening, the first companies decided to lease space. The tenants include:
- Paged Trade,
- Amazon Filters,
- International Business Group.
The presence of enterprises representing various industries confirms the universal character of the investment and the possibility of adapting the space to diverse operational processes.
Three space formats for business
The project was designed based on three space formats, responding to the needs of different groups of tenants.
CTBox for smaller companies
CTBox modules start from approximately 600 sqm of space and combine warehouse, office, and exhibition functions. This solution is aimed primarily at the SME sector, service companies, and light production.
CTFlex for e-commerce and new technologies
CTFlex spaces from approximately 1,400 sqm have been prepared with technological enterprises, research and development activities, e-commerce, and modern logistics in mind.
CTSpace for large operations
The largest modules, available in the CTSpace formula, exceed 2,000 sqm and are intended for companies conducting advanced logistics, distribution, and production operations.
Another step in the development of Warsaw's warehouse market
Nowy Konik is part of the network of warehouse parks developed by CTP around the capital. It includes locations in, among others, Janki, Emilianów, Mszczonów, Wiskitki, as well as the western, northern, and southern parts of the Warsaw agglomeration.
Such an extensive network allows tenants to choose locations best suited to distribution directions, employee availability, and the specifics of their business operations.
Warsaw strengthens its position as a logistics leader
The development of new warehouse investments shows that the Warsaw region remains one of the most attractive logistics markets in the country. This is determined by both access to the largest consumer market in Poland, as well as developed road infrastructure and the growing importance of e-commerce.
CTP's portfolio in the Warsaw agglomeration has already exceeded 825 thousand sqm of modern warehouse and production space, and subsequent projects confirm the sustained interest of tenants in modern facilities in the region.
