Panattoni has completed the construction of Panattoni Park Kielce, commissioning the first class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship. The complex offers approximately 66 thousand sqm of modern warehouse and production space, tailored to the needs of companies from the logistics, production, and e-commerce sectors.
This is one of the largest warehouse investments completed in the region and an important step in the development of the local industrial market.
Four halls and 66 thousand sqm of modern space
Panattoni Park Kielce consists of four modern buildings with a total area of approximately 66 thousand sqm.
The final stage of the investment was a hall with an area of over 13 thousand sqm, which was commissioned in May. Tenants from the automotive industry and a logistics operator will soon start their operations there.
Kielce strengthens its position on the logistics map of Poland
The completion of the investment confirms the growing importance of the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship as a location for modern logistics and industrial operations.
The development of the region is primarily fostered by:
- central location between Warszawa and Kraków,
- access to the S7 expressway,
- connection to national road no. 74,
- favorable conditions for handling domestic and international supply chains.
A location created for logistics
The park is located about 6 km from the center of Kielce, near the Kielce Zachód junction, which connects the S7 expressway with national road no. 74.
The location next to one of the most important transport corridors in Poland ensures efficient distribution of goods both on the domestic market and in Central and Eastern Europe.
Modern warehouses designed with sustainable development in mind
Panattoni Park Kielce was designed in accordance with current environmental standards.
The facility will obtain the BREEAM certificate, and the applied solutions will help reduce:
- energy consumption,
- water consumption,
- carbon dioxide emissions.
At the same time, modern solutions are intended to increase the operational efficiency of tenants and lower the operating costs of the buildings.
An important impulse for the region
The establishment of the first class A industrial park in the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship opens up new opportunities for companies planning to develop their operations in the central part of Poland.
Modern warehouse infrastructure increases the investment attractiveness of the region, supports the development of the local labor market, and strengthens the role of Kielce as an important point on the logistics map of the country.
