P3 Łódź City III fully leased

P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor and developer of European warehouse facilities, has leased the last available space in the P3 Łódź City III logistics park. The tenant is Rock Communication, a company belonging to the ZTT Group capital group.

The tenant will occupy 9,290 sqm of production and warehouse space, which will be used for the production and distribution of fiber optic and power cables. As part of the facility's equipment, the installation of seven production lines is planned, which will enable efficient process management.

- We are very pleased to welcome Rock Communication to the P3 Łódź City III park. This is our first agreement with this company, but also further proof that our warehouses meet the high requirements of production and logistics companies. The fact that the entire park is now leased confirms the attractiveness of this location - explains Iwona Sadowska, Head of Leasing.

The facility meets the highest technical and ecological standards. The warehouse has a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level, and its specifications include, among others, a gross height of 12.2 m, a reinforced floor with a load capacity of 7 T/sqm, the highest fire resistance class, and energy-efficient LED lighting.

The P3 Łódź City III park is located in Łódź on Maratońska street, 7 km west of the city center, only 1.7 km from the entrance to the S14 expressway and 5 km from the W. Reymont airport. As a result of the transaction with Rock Communication, the entire facility with a total area of 34,000 sqm is now fully leased.
