Panattoni has completed an investment in central Poland
Panattoni has completed the expansion and obtained an occupancy permit for Panattoni Park Koluszki. Located in central Poland, the industrial park is fully leased.
– „Panattoni Park Koluszki is another example of our strategy of delivering high-quality, flexible logistics and production space where our clients need it most” – comments Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
The investment has been expanded by nearly 15,000 sqm. The new space has been taken over by two existing tenants of the park. Kamoka, a European brand offering automotive parts, operates a modern distribution center at this location, which after the expansion occupies an area of 26,500 sqm. The second tenant is Pet Republic, belonging to the multi-food group LipCo Foods, a producer of wet pet food, which has an automated production plant with warehouse space totaling 13,700 sqm. - „Since launching the plant in 2021, we have been growing very quickly. After 2 years, we filled the plant's production capacity. In Poland, we are already present in most retail chains. We export to over 30 countries in Europe, Africa, and Central Asia. We are constantly gaining new clients, which is why we needed to increase production capacity with additional lines for the production of cans and pouches” – says Jarosław Kowalewski, CEO of Pet Republic
- „We decided on this location due to its position in the central part of Poland, close to the main transport hub connecting the A1 and A2 motorways. Thanks to this, we have access to good quality raw materials for our production. This influences, among other things, the fact that the price of our products is competitive on the market” – says Anna Mystkowska, Production and Technology Director at Pet Republic and adds – „The quality and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for a plant producing pet food are the same as for a plant producing food for humans. We chose Panattoni because it was the only company that decided to build such a plant for us in this location”.
The new part of the facility has been integrated with the existing warehouse and production space, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory during the implementation of the investment.
Panattoni Park Koluszki is a modern warehouse and production space realized in a strategic location, which until recently remained undeveloped, and has been developing dynamically for several years. It is distinguished by quick access to main motorways, enabling efficient logistics connections in every direction in the country. The transport infrastructure is complemented by the proximity of a large railway hub.
