Panattoni has completed the commercialization of Panattoni Park Koluszki and has begun expanding the facility by 14,000 sqm. The park's existing tenants – Kamoka and Pet Republic – have decided to take on additional space, which testifies both to the growth of their business and their trust in the location.
Kamoka, a European brand offering automotive parts, has been operating a modern distribution center with approximately 30,000 pallet spaces at Panattoni Park Koluszki for over two years. Now, the company is nearly doubling its space – from the currently leased 13,400 sqm to 26,500 sqm.
The second tenant, Pet Republic, has also decided to expand. The pet food manufacturer has an automated plant and a logistics center with 6,000 pallet spaces at the park in Koluszki. Until now, it leased 12,000 sqm, which it has increased to 13,700 sqm.

Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni. The developer has now begun work on the expansion of the facility. Ultimately, the park will reach an area of 40,500 sqm, and the new space will be delivered in the first quarter of 2025. –
„Full commercialization of Panattoni Park Koluszki – a class A investment – is a confirmation of the growing business potential of this location” – explains
Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson and adds –
„The Central Poland region is important for logistics operators, distributors, and manufacturers alike due to the intersection of major transport routes, which creates unique opportunities for domestic and international operations. Koluszki is an interesting alternative to Łódź – alongside its attractive location in the very heart of the country, it offers benefits resulting from the presence of an economic zone, as well as access to human resources, the shortage of which is felt in major investment hubs”.
Panattoni Park Koluszki is located at a strategic point in Central Poland, with quick access to the main A1 and A2 motorways, which enables efficient logistics connections in every direction. The excellent transport infrastructure is complemented by the proximity of a large railway hub. The facility has undergone environmental certification using the BREEAM method. It incorporates solutions that reduce energy and water consumption and increase the wellbeing of users.
