Panattoni Park Toruń II attracts new tenants

Panattoni attracts business to the Kujawy region. In Panattoni Park Toruń II, space has already been leased by three major players: Dachser and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska– global logistics operators – and a wholesale distributor of FMCG products. The companies will move into the facility in Q3 of this year. The developer has exceeded 300,000 sqm of space delivered in the region.

Panattoni has delivered over 300,000 sqm in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The company attracts leaders in many sectors to the region, including e-commerce, logistics - including the courier industry – and retail. This time is no different. Two global logistics companies – Dachser and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska, as well as one of the largest companies involved in the wholesale distribution of FMCG products, will move into the developing Panattoni Park Toruń II in the third quarter of 2022. The tenants will occupy space in a hall with a target area of nearly 20,000 sqm.

We are constantly expanding our portfolio in Toruń and Bydgoszcz, and the potential of the Kujawy market is only growing. The region benefits from an attractive location and convenient connections both with Pomerania and key seaports on a continental scale, the western border, and the capital of Poland. Therefore, it is not surprising that the demand for industrial space – outside the so-called Big Five – exceeded 400,000 sqm in 2021. We are happy that we can actively participate in this and guarantee that the coming years will be even more abundant – says Andrzej Spiesz, Development Director, Panattoni.

The company's new park is being built in the Toruń-East Investment and Logistics Zone and benefits from the proximity of two national roads: DK 10 – running from the vicinity of the capital to Szczecin and the border with Germany – and DK 15, which connects Masuria with Lower Silesia. Routes leading in four directions allow for efficient domestic transport, and the location near the border allows for international operations.

Panattoni Park Toruń II will consist of one facility with a target area of 19,910 sqm, and the entire project will be completed in the third quarter of 2022. Flexible modules and the ability to adapt the space to the conducted business will allow for operations in the fields of e-commerce, logistics, or light production. The investment is being built in a sustainable manner, and the developer will also take care of biodiversity on the site. Approximately 70 trees will be planted, and an area of 800 sqm will be covered by native shrubs. In addition, 250 sqm will be occupied by ecological flower meadows that do not require frequent mowing. The investment area will also include insect hotels.
