Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni - "The transaction with Prajo means for us full commercialization of the first hall in the Nadarzyn park and the start of the next stage – we are launching the second hall in this excellent location fully speculatively, which opens up huge operational opportunities for tenants on the Warsaw market".
Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is being built in Nadarzyn, just 20 km from the capital's center. Ultimately, it will occupy nearly 100,000 sq m. The first of two buildings with an area of 50,000 sq m is already ready. The second, with a similar volume, will also provide many amenities and will undergo BREEAM Excellent certification, which will translate into lower operating costs for tenants. Additionally, the roof will be reinforced for the installation of photovoltaics, and there will be charging stations for electric cars and a bicycle shelter. Throughout the park, 78 trees and over 6.4 thousand shrubs will be planted.
Panattoni's warehouse portfolio in the Warsaw area is growing rapidly. The developer has already delivered nearly 2.1 million sq m of modern industrial space here, and has another 100,000 sq m under construction. The increase in demand for high-class warehouse space in and around Warsaw reflects the dynamic development of the region and confirms its key role in national logistics.
