Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII with a tenant

Panattoni is developing warehouse facilities in the heart of Lower Silesia. In Pietrzykowice near Wrocław, right by the A4 motorway junction, the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII is underway, with a target area of 75,000 sq m. The excellent location is appreciated by tenants – the logistics company Chomar has leased 15,000 sq m in the park. This is yet another space prepared by the developer for the needs of this company and a testament to the fact that Panattoni perfectly meets the expectations of clients and the further development of their companies.

Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII will ultimately consist of two buildings with a total area of 75,000 sq m. By the end of the third quarter of this year, more than half of the planned space was commissioned. Subsequent meters are under construction, and one of the tenants of the realized part is the logistics operator Chomar. It will occupy 15,000 sq m for warehouse and office purposes. The company has been involved in forwarding, warehousing, and transport throughout Europe for 30 years. It is one of the largest transport companies in the region and belongs to the group of the 100 largest transport companies in Poland. It has a modern fleet, renewed every 3-4 years.

„We are developing and growing. We optimize our clients' warehouse operations, and our success depends on their satisfaction, which is why we are expanding our warehouse space base. Thanks to this, we are effectively strengthening our position on the market” – explains Rafał Choma, President of the Management Board of Chomar - „We transport and store, among others, goods from the construction, household appliances, pharmaceutical, and food industries, and we also work for companies in the automotive sector, and their warehouse needs are growing”.

"However, we are most pleased by the fact that clients who have dealt with our projects return. Panattoni facilities therefore meet the expectations of tenants to a very high degree. Five years ago, Chomar leased its first 1,600 sq m in one of our investments. Currently, the leased area is nearly 10 times larger. This means that the company is developing rapidly, and we have our small part in this by providing solutions that make it possible" – says Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director, Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII will be certified under the BREEAM system. The energy powering the investment will come solely from renewable sources, and the park area will include vehicle charging stations, bicycle racks, green areas, and insect hotels. The park is being built right next to the A4 motorway – leading from west to east through southern Poland, right at the Pietrzykowice exit. Such a location enables excellent connections not only with other centers in Poland but also with Germany and southern Europe.
