Panattoni secured a 57 million euro loan for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II

Panattoni is building another strategic investment for the Warsaw market. The developer has obtained financing of 57 million euros from Bank Pekao SA for the development of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II, which will become one of the largest business and industrial platforms in the region.

The construction of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II began last year, and the entire project, comprising two buildings, is set to reach over 90,000 sq m. One of them has already been commissioned. The efficient implementation of the entire complex was supported by Bank Pekao SA, which provided financing of 57 million euros.

„By financing another Panattoni development, Bank Pekao SA confirms the enormous potential not only of this investment but also of the Warsaw market itself, which in 2022 enjoyed the highest demand for industrial space in all of Poland. The growing demand for space in the capital region over the last few years is an argument for financial institutions that it is worth supporting projects right here. In the Warsaw region, we have delivered nearly 2 million sq m of industrial space, maintaining a minimal vacancy level and attracting representatives of dozens of industries. The Nadarzyn park is already being used by, among others, an international logistics operator, which has leased 25,800 sq m. The company conducts operations from here for one of the global leaders in the interior design market. The company uses, among other things, special courier docks and electric vehicle charging zones. Additionally, Panattoni has increased the fire protection of the space due to the sensitivity of the products handled. The development will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level.

The Nadarzyn region is a logistics hub. The leasing of over 25,000 sq m by a logistics operator is yet another confirmation of the location's attractiveness for the industry. In the previously completed Panattoni Park Nadarzyn, space is leased by two representatives of the TSL industry.
