Panattoni has finalized the sale of City Logistics Warsaw IV, a logistics complex with an area of 39,000 sqm located in Warsaw. The buyer is an international entity specializing in real estate investments. The transaction value is 53.5 million euros.

- „The City Logistics Warsaw IV transaction is an excellent benchmark for major sellers. With the progressing economic cycle, we expect increased investment activity in this segment” - said Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland at Panattoni.

City Logistics Warsaw IV is a modern industrial park located just 11 kilometers from the center of Warsaw. The park offers access to intermodal transport infrastructure, including a railway terminal and the E67 road, which connects the capital with key cities across Poland. The proximity to major transport routes and a qualified workforce make this location very attractive for companies in the manufacturing and technology sectors.

There are currently six tenants operating in the park. One of them has fully leased the larger of the two buildings with an area of 22,400 square meters. This company specializes in the production of advanced electronic solutions for the industrial sector, and its Warsaw plant serves markets in the USA, Japan, Korea, and China. Other tenants include a leading supplier of ventilation and drive technologies, as well as a Polish manufacturer of electric bicycles, which has leased 4,200 sqm of space for production and warehousing needs.

City Logistics Warsaw IV meets the highest requirements in terms of sustainable construction, which is confirmed by environmental certification using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level.
