Panattoni with 64 million euro financing from BGK for developments in Grudziądz and Radzymin

Panattoni has obtained loans from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the amount of 64 million euro for further landmark projects. The financing will be allocated to the development of a strategic complex for Poczta Polska in Radzymin and two buildings within the Panattoni Park Grudziądz.

In recent years, Panattoni has consistently supported the development of new markets in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The company has delivered nearly half a million sqm here, realizing, among others, parks in Toruń and Bydgoszcz or BTS facilities in Brześć Kujawski and Grudziądz, where construction of Panattoni Park Grudziądz – the first industrial complex in this location – began last year. The development of two buildings – with an area of 8,500 sqm and 25,000 sqm – will be financed by a loan from BGK.

The BTS project for Poczta Polska in Radzymin will also be financed by BGK.  The investment near Warsaw includes a complex of two buildings with a total area of over 43,000 sqm, which will play a key role in the implementation of Poczta Polska's strategic project - Logistics Network Architecture. Equipped with modern sorters designed for automatic parcel processing, the complex will allow for the streamlining and optimization of processes.

„The combination of projects in Grudziądz and Radzymin shows the diversity and complexity of Panattoni's operations, which is an excellent partner in development in mature markets of the so-called Big Five, while simultaneously creating new business platforms in unsaturated markets, driving their growth. Our diversified activity throughout Poland is recognized by financial institutions, which are eager to support further developments. We thank BGK for the fruitful cooperation and look forward to further joint projects” - says Karina Trojańska, Chief Financing & Operating Officer at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Grudziądz is located at the Nowe Marzy junction in the Dragacz municipality, connecting the A1 Motorway – running from the southern to the northern border – with National Road 91. The location allows for reaching the center of Gdańsk, the international airport, and one of the largest seaports on the Baltic Sea in just over an hour. Furthermore, it will enable reaching Bydgoszcz and the airport in the capital of the Kuyavian region in less than 90 minutes.

The BTS being developed for Poczta Polska in Radzymin will include a cross-dock warehouse hall with an area of over 12,000 sqm and a warehouse-operational hall with an area of over 26,000 sqm. Additionally, zones with support functions and technical facilities will be located there. Complementing the functionality of the facility assumed by Poczta Polska will be the provision of over 400 parking spaces located in the immediate vicinity of the operational halls and at the entrance to the facility. The development will be completed in Q4 of this year.
