Panattoni with agreements for nearly 100,000 sqm for a fashion industry giant

Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its Lower Silesian investment. One of the leaders in fashion sales has leased 56,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica. This is another collaboration between the two companies – including the recent lease in Głogów, the client will occupy nearly 100,000 sqm in the developer's parks.

In Lower Silesia, Panattoni has already delivered 2.5 million sqm of industrial space – about half of the total stock. Last year, the developer leased 398,000 sqm in this region, of which as much as 295,000 sqm went to the e-commerce sector.

– „Our last year's leasing results confirm the role of Lower Silesia as a key logistics hub in this part of Europe. They also indicate that e-commerce continues to drive demand for modern, well-located industrial space” – says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. He adds: – „In a short time, we have signed two agreements in the region with an important player from the fashion industry – first in Głogów, and now in Legnica. They cover a total of 95,000 sqm for e-commerce operations. The tenant has already gained early access to the leased space in the Legnica park and is preparing to start regular operations”.

Panattoni Park Legnica is the first modern warehouse park in the vicinity of the city. Thanks to excellent connectivity, it is an interesting alternative to the Wrocław market and is ideal for international operations – it is located by the S3 expressway, running along the western border of Poland – from Świnoujście to Lubawka on the border with the Czech Republic. The A4 motorway, which connects the south-western and south-eastern parts of the country, also runs nearby.

Ultimately, the park will occupy nearly 120,000 sqm. The space can be flexibly adapted to the needs of tenants, and the facility features spacious maneuvering yards, ground-level gates, and convenient parking lots. The entire investment will undergo BREEAM certification, which confirms high environmental standards and energy efficiency, and also translates into operational savings for users.
