Panattoni with another huge financing

Panattoni confirms the immense trust of financial institutions. The company has received financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for the largest industrial park in Bydgoszcz.

With a loan of 54 million euros, the developer financed Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV – a complex with an area of 110,000 sq m within three buildings was delivered in July this year and is 90 percent commercialized.

The business potential of the location has gained recognition in two consecutive European Cities of the Future rankings published by Financial Times. In 2022, Bydgoszcz was in the top ten medium-sized European cities in the „FDI Strategy” category. In the 2023 edition, it took 8th place in the „Cost Effectiveness” category and 6th place in the „Best FDI (foreign direct investment) strategy” category. The ranking results were presented during the world's largest real estate market fair – MIPIM in Cannes, France.

Panattoni consistently drives the development of Bydgoszcz, where it has already completed nearly half a million square meters. The developer has delivered three BTS facilities here: for leading hypermarket chains and for an e-commerce clothing giant, as well as completed four industrial parks.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV provides tenants with high-quality warehouse and office space. The entire complex has been certified according to the developer's high standard using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. The developer in Poland has obtained environmental certification for facilities with a total area of approx. 8 million sq m, which accounts for roughly half of the certified industrial space in the country.
