Poltrakt grows at 7R Park Poznań West

7R has signed another lease agreement with the company Poltrakt. The logistics operator will expand its space at 7R Park Poznań West by an additional 4,000 sqm.  

Poltrakt is a family-owned company specializing in delivery fulfillment and warehousing. It has been operating on the international logistics market for 30 years. After securing the additional space, the operator will occupy over 12,000 sqm at 7R Park Poznań West.

The 7R Park Poznań West warehouse is located in Tarnowo Górne – just 22 kilometers west of the center of Poznań and only 8 kilometers from the S11 expressway. The close proximity to the Poznań-Ławica airport makes this location an effective logistics point for both domestic and foreign operations.

7R Park Poznań West has over 55,000 sqm of space. The warehouse has been equipped with a number of pro-ecological solutions. It has air destratifiers and charging stations for electric cars. The facility holds an ecological BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
