SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań Gądki leased for longer
SEGRO has confirmed the extension of a lease agreement with VOX, a leading brand in the interior design industry in Poland.The SEGRO warehouse park in Gądki has an area of nearly 77,000 m2 and is located in the western region of Poland, 13 km from Poznań. Thanks to its location by the S11 road leading to Katowice and its proximity to the A2 motorway, it constitutes a strategic point for distribution operations.
For three decades, the interior design brand VOX has been present on the Polish market. The brand's offer includes innovative products for furnishing apartments and houses. VOX is also a network of showrooms throughout the country and the e-commerce platform vox.pl, serving customers from 50 countries – from the USA through Mexico, to Australia or Taiwan.
Since 2021, VOX has been using an area of 7,732 m2 at SEGRO Logistics Park in Gądki. Their warehouse and e-commerce operations are conducted there, from where products reach ten European countries as well as recipients in Poland as part of home delivery services.
