SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań in Gądki fully leased

Chemsplash Europe has leased 2,200 sqm at Segro Logistics Park in Gądki near Poznań. The space will be used to store equipment for medical and OHS personnel, which will then be distributed across Europe. Thanks to this agreement, SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań in Gądki has been fully leased.

Chemsplash is an Irish company with over 40 years of experience, which includes protective disposable clothing and personal protective equipment for the medical and industrial sectors in its product range. Its new subsidiary, as part of the development of its sales network in Poland and other European countries, decided to lease space at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki.

We chose Poland and the SEGRO facility due to the location advantages that will enable us to dynamically develop our business, as well as the high quality of services offered by the developer. SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki, is located by the S11 expressway and near the A2 motorway, making it an ideal place for logistics and distribution operations. Its space consists of two buildings with a total area of nearly 77,000 sqm, located on a 20-hectare plot. The park is equipped with a convenient communication system, including wide internal roads, maneuvering areas, and parking lots for employees and clients. The area is fenced and covered by 24/7 security. Clients are also provided with the assistance of a dedicated SEGRO Property Manager.
