The first CTBox in Poland has launched near Warsaw. A new format for SMEs

At CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik, the first CTBox format in Poland has been launched, aimed at local companies and the SME sector. The new solution is intended to provide smaller enterprises with access to modern, flexible warehouse and business spaces.

The first companies have already joined the group of tenants, including International Business Group and Paged Trade.

Flexible spaces tailored to business scale

CTBox is a concept that responds to the growing demand for smaller warehouse modules. It enables companies to grow without the need to rent large spaces that often exceed their current needs.

This format complements CTP's existing offering, which includes large logistics facilities, and allows for serving both global corporations and local entrepreneurs.

New tenants strengthen the park in Nowy Konik

One of the first users of CTBox is International Business Group, a company engaged in the wholesale of, among other things, model kits. The new location near Warsaw is intended to streamline logistics operations and improve customer service.

Also joining the complex is Paged Trade, specializing in the distribution of wood-based materials. The new space supports the development of its operational network and increases logistics capabilities.

Strategic location by the A2

CTPark Warsaw Nowy Konik is located in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway, which ensures quick access to Warsaw and major transport routes.

The complex belongs to the CTP investment network in the Warsaw agglomeration and will ultimately include four buildings offering various space formats – from compact CTBox modules, through flexible CTFlex-type spaces, to large logistics halls.

New opportunities for local business

The introduction of CTBox is another step towards increasing the availability of modern warehouse space for smaller companies. The solution enables scaling operations along with the company's growth and fits into the trend of the growing importance of flexible lease models.

The project shows that the warehouse market is increasingly responding to the needs of SMEs, which are becoming an important growth engine in the logistics sector.
