Yoer strengthens logistics near Poznań. Polish home appliance manufacturer leases 5,000 sqm.

The Polish brand Yoer, specializing in smart home appliances, has leased nearly 5,000 sqm of space in the Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń complex. The new location is intended to increase the company's operational efficiency and streamline the handling of a growing number of orders.

New space for a growing business

Under the agreement, Yoer will occupy:

• 4,738 sqm of warehouse space,
• 224 sqm of office space.

The new warehouse will allow the company to optimize logistics processes and prepare for further business development both in Poland and on foreign markets.

Dynamic development of the Yoer brand

The company has been operating since 2009 and is developing its range of small home appliances and smart home devices. The brand's products combine modern design with functionality and are present in many households in Poland.

Systematic expansion of the portfolio and growing sales make investments in logistics facilities a key element of the company's development strategy.

Modern logistics park in a strategic location

Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń is a complex offering over 107,000 sqm of warehouse space and an additional 22,000 sqm of production and logistics space.

The park is located in Głuchowo, near the S5 expressway, which provides quick access to the A2 motorway and efficient connections with major hubs, including Warsaw and Berlin.
