Mountpark Stryków is a modern distribution center offering tenants over 240,000 sqm of high-bay storage space within nine buildings.

The warehouse complex has been designed in a way that allows for the arrangement of office and social space depending on the tenant's needs and employment structure, as well as the adaptation of warehouse space to the conducted business. The warehouse halls will be built in accordance with BREEAM certification requirements at the Very Good level, which means that its operation will be cheaper for tenants through the use of, among others, solar panels on the roofs of the buildings or the installation of electromagnetic valve aerators.
