Panattoni Park Zielona Góra IV is a modern investment project being developed in the immediate vicinity of the S3 expressway. The facility will supply the Lubusz warehouse market with over 122,000 sqm of warehouse space for lease and will undergo prestigious BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
The halls included in the Panattoni Park Zielona Góra IV complex are equipped with dust-free flooringwith a load-bearing capacity of 5T/sqm and allow for the storage of goods up to a height of 10m. The park also ensures a high level of fire safety, thanks to the modern ESFR sprinkler system used in the buildings, roof skylights, and smoke vents.
An additional advantage of the park is the illumination of the unloading zone with natural light. Access to the warehouse space is possible via loading docks with protective collars and hydraulic dock levelers, as well as ground-level gates.
